Monday: BBQ Chicken Pizza
Tuesday: Chicken Quesadillas & Yummy Mexican Rice
Thursday: Creamy Orzo with Chicken, Mushrooms & Red Peppers
Friday: Basil Chicken in Coconut Curry Sauce
Saturday: LEFT OVERS!!! (I'm a big fan of left over night)
